If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of equal value.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You will be required to pay the shipping fees of the returned product.
When an item ships, you will receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking number when you receive it. If the package is unable to be delivered to the address that you supplied for any reason (for example "insufficient" or "wrong address"), or if there was a failed delivery attempt to the correct address (for example if there was nobody home to collect the package) and you fail to collect it from the post office, leading it to be returned to me, you will be required to pay the shipping fees for a reshipment. You are not entitled to a refund or an exchange until you have received the product.
Techno Slut needs to make sure our returns remain sustainable for us and for the environment, so if we notice a pattern of many purchases and returns from one customer, we might be forced to investigate and take action.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
